Hi, I’m Joel. Or Jolle, as most people call me.
I founded Growico to help companies hire better, build stronger employer brands, and make talent acquisition work for the business, not the other way around.
With nearly a decade of experience in talent acquisition & employer branding and five years in leadership roles, I’ve worked across in-house, agency, and consulting settings. I’ve built a recruitment team, revamped global onboarding, implemented an ATS system, built employer brand strategy, and rolled up my sleeves for everything from job ad copy to final interviews. And yes, I’ve enjoyed the hands-on work just as much as the big-picture strategy.
Before stepping fully into recruitment, I spent close to ten years in sales and customer service. That experience still shapes how I approach customers, talents, and collaboration.
I’m a bit of a hybrid: part strategist, part executor, part challenger. I ask a lot of questions (the right ones, hopefully), enjoy fixing things that don’t work, and find joy in building something that does. I’m known for staying curious, daring to challenge the status quo, and getting things done with ease and a touch of joy in every step.
